Shop Policies

Payment--

At this time, I accept PayPal only. Please send me an email at buttons.in.the.attic@gmail.com to let me know which items you are interested in purchasing. In your email, please include your state and zip code so I can calculate your shipping costs. I will then send you a PayPal invoice for the amount of your order plus shipping costs. Payment is expected upon receipt of your invoice. Once PayPal verifies your payment, your order will be shipped.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send me an email at the above email address and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will ship internationally, but costs can be extremely high, so please contact me about the shipping costs before placing your order.

Shipping—

I ship by USPS, Priority with delivery conformation, within 4 business days. If you would like insurance, please let me know, and I will adjust your shipping costs. I charge actual shipping, plus the $.70 or so cents for delivery conformation. Should shipping be more than $2 off, I will cheerfully refund the difference by PayPal. Return Policy—

Customer satisfaction is my number one goal, and I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you feel that I misrepresented the items in your order, please contact me within 14 days of your payment and I will consider a refund. Please contact me at the above email address and we will work together to resolve any issues. If a return is requested, please return the item to me in the condition it was received. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once I have received the returned item, I will refund the cost, minus shipping costs, to the purchaser.
